Returning the goods

TTC Refund Policy

We have a [30]-day return policy, which means you have [30] days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-opened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FINE KRAFT NECTAR POLICIES

+ SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver nationwide via PostNet-to-PostNet, offering a reliable and convenient collection service.

 

Delivery Fees

 

•  From R109 for parcels up to 5kg

•  R25 for each additional kilogram

•  Prepaid Flyer Bag: R99 for parcels up to 2kg

 

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your order.

 

Delivery Times

 

Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Please allow an additional working day for deliveries to outlying or regional areas.

 

Parcel Weight Limits

 

The maximum weight permitted per shipment (waybill) is 15kg. Orders exceeding this limit may be split into multiple shipments.

+ REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please contact us on howzit@finekraftnectar.com and our team will arrange for your order to be returned to the FINE KRAFT NECTAR warehouse. Please note that any returns that are not through the fault of FINE KRAFT NECTAR, will include a set fee of R200 before any refunds are done.


Refunds are only processed once the products have been returned to our warehouse facility and they are still in the same condition they were shipped. Your refund will be done in the same way as your payment method, i.e. if you paid via credit card, we will refund you back onto the card used.
